鄙人不才，对比了多家网课，从各大机构营销号里杀出重围，找到一家靠谱且优质的托福网课，花了三个月脱产备考托福，最终成功从六级飘过的水平把托福考到了110。一些同学想让我分享下当时用的托福备考资料，今天就说下托福备考全程用的托福资料，适合一些基础不错，想要自学托福的朋友。当然我建议基础一般的同学托福想高分，最好还是跟老师有针对性的学习，自学挺容易走弯路钻牛角尖的（我自学过一段时间），个人建议仅供参考。这里说下，如果你的只有两到三个月托福备考时间，想要把文章里提到的入门书籍读完不一定够，所以备考时间不够的同学不建议读入门书籍。在词汇量足够的情况下直接刷题才是效率最高的（听力和口语建议找老师，自学短时间内提升很难，写作和阅读还可以通过刷题和仿写得到不错的分数，但是听力和口语没人指导分数很难提升）言归正传，接下来就说说我用到的备考书籍和资料=========================单词==========================《词以类记》（张红岩老师）、新东方红宝书（单词书），我之前自学的时候买过托福单词默写本，巩固记忆加深印象非常好用，拿到手可以多复印几本（某宝就有，建议时间足够的同学买），自学后期发现并不是词汇量高成绩就好，托福考察的逻辑内容和对文章的理解问题占比还是很大的，所以也是不得已找的老师。==========================入门=========================《托福官方备考指南》，OG是官方出版的一本考试说明，书里详细介绍了托福是什么，考试的考察范围和考试的各种题型，涉及了很多托福的出题思路，时间足够的同学可以买来详细看。=========================听力==========================《新托福高分120》，以及《新托福备考策略与模拟试题》。备考策略与模拟试题这本书，主要是为了看这本书里的策略和试题，书很厚，但是前面一部分内容已经有点过时了，不建议花大量时间在这本书。而且听力要掌握方法的多练，如果一直靠读书来输入，成绩提升不明显。其实买书的作用也就是了解官方出题思路，不想买书拿实体备考资料的同学，可以下载一个喜马拉雅电台或者蜻蜓F.M的软件，听些英文听力原文材料，上面有些听力原版书的内容，很适合考生日常练习。练习的方法就是精听+泛听，看书次要，刷题磨耳朵主要。=======================阅读============================直接用TPO里的练习材料，TPO就是托福在线考试练习，收录的是官方考过但是已经被淘汰的真题，做TPO能很快摸清官方的出题思路。当然有买书需要的同学可以直接某宝关键词，托福阅读书，出来的第一位就就是《新托福120》，这本还可以。=========================口语=========================《托福口语看这本就够了》，《黄金十例句，怎么问都能答》。托福的口语其实需要多练习，看书只是语料积累，输出的过程还是需要自己多练习。我建议口语还是找老师，自己复习投入的时间成本和精力太多了，找个口语老师十几节课就能梳理清楚的内容，自己花两三个月去摸索，还不一定熟练不太划算。============================写作=======================写作前期进阶可以自己看书提升起来，可以去托福官网找高分写作范文，书籍推荐《十天突破新托福Essays》，里面的句子和模板很好用。可以试着自己去模仿写作框架，等写作框架搭建的差不多了，可以在这本作文书里总结高频词。我当时是拍照，然后文字提取整篇文章，把文章粘贴到word里，再统计高频词，用这个办法总结出来的高频词，写作文的时候有很高频率可以用。阅读也可以通过这种方式总结高频词。 等到作文自己觉得已经非常完美没什么可改的地方，就去官网模考，看分数能拿到多少，如果低于25，就找老师帮助批改，只要在15分以上，老师给你排几节课就能把分数提起来，非常划算。=======================短时间提分========================短时间提分其实就是个伪命题，没有基础的情况下神仙也带不起来。但是如果有四级左右基础，两三个月内要把分数提起来只要有针对性的改正自己的问题，能拿到很好的分数，前提是你遇到足够好的老师。以上。
