回顾2015年第四季度的口语考试,相信考生们已经在市面上得到了大大小小的考试预测题,所以不难发现,新的季度当中还是保留了大多数的老题,与上个季度(5-8月)考的几乎没有什么太大的区别;但是大多数的老题中出现了小部分的新编题,也就是乍看一下好像还是原来的老题,但是实际上已经偷偷的加上了两三个单词,变成了一道新题,所以被称为老题新考。
当然,新的季度当中也出现了小部分的新题,这些题目当中绝大多数是之前没有出现过的,对于考生来说完全陌生,也有一小部分是很早之前考过的题目,只是时代有点久远,考生们可能不会去准备。总的来说,不管是老题,老题新考,新编题以及多年以前的题目,考生们都应该全面的准备,只有充分的准备,在Part 2才不会短路。
但是在预测当中,大概有68道题目之多,对于只有一个月备考时间的考鸭来说,可以算是一个‘天文’数字了,因为大家的重心不仅仅是口语,还有其它三科。所以要合理的准备Part 2, 要懂得‘投机取巧’,利用最短的时间准备所有的季题。对于有一个月以上,特别是那些2-3月备考时间的考鸭来说,不要天真的认为可以慢慢的准备,请大家相信,在备考阶段,时间会像流水一样走过,所以要迫使自己在一个月之内把Part 2以及Part 1和Part 3搞定,让自己有充足的时间能过2-3遍题目,这样对自己的心理也是一个保证。所以本章节的重心将放在Part 2较难的新编季题,告诉考生们,在有完整的解题思路下,要懂得怎么合理地去准备自己的故事,包括分析题目以及需要覆盖到的重点信息。
在准备Part 2的时候,首先需要做的应当是弄清楚题目是属于哪个topic的,因为在一个相同的topic, 不同的几道题目中, ‘what’和‘why’可以是相同的,而故事的背景‘when’, ‘where’, ‘who’是不同的。这样的准备也可以节省很多时间,让考生们达到事半功倍的效果。在Part 2当中,总共可以归纳出六大话题,相信考生们在各大机构以及学习网站上都能看到,也就是‘人物类,物品类,建筑类;事件类,媒体类,地点类’。下面,我们重点来看看9-12月新编题以及老题新考当中比较有难度的题目,以人物类、物品类以及建筑类为主。
⼈物类
Describe a person who always travels by plane
You should say:
Who the person is
How do you know this person
Where the person travelled to
Explain why this person likes to travel by plane
这算是一道人物类的新题,它不仅需要描述‘a person’, 也给‘a person’加上了限定词’who always travels by plane’; 这说明在描述的过程当中,我们不仅需要花时间描述出这个人,同时也需要给出旅游的目的以及为什么要坐飞机旅游,这也是描述当中的重头戏。利用先前的答题思路,可以划分为三步,即;

在做完故事的铺垫之后,考生们可以编写出主要的内容,按照思路可以将‘travel to’当作‘what’的一个描述,准备好2个主要地点,国内和国外;而‘why this person likes to travel by plane’就是‘reason why’的一个描述。按照国内和国外的不同,可以分别准备出2个理由,所以我们能利用‘点因对应’的方法完成整个主要部分的描述。

物品类

这道题目算是一个老题新考,在1-4月考试中出现过‘Describe your favorite mobile phone’; 所以考生可以根据自己以前准备过的题目,换下背景(想买东西的型号)。根据现在的时事,9月9上市的iphone6s可以作为这道题的一个故事,所以可以把准备好的5s/6换成6s。

这是建筑类话题必须要准备的一道题目,同时也要准备‘modern building’; 不管是什么‘historical building’都可以作为上个季度‘unusual building’的一个故事情节。和物品类题一样,考生们可以进行一个‘从外到内’的描述,介绍building的外部特征和少许的内部特征,故事情节可沿用鼓浪屿上的‘成功楼’。
