 每个人都有自己的梦想，或伟大或平凡。人们在小时候都想实现自己的梦想，但随着时间的推移，梦想变得遥不可及，于是很多人便放弃了。还有一些人很勇敢，一直坚持自己的梦想，为它努力奋斗。不管梦想实现与否，他们都不会后悔，因为他们已经拼搏过。其实，学英语也是这样，只要坚持了，你就会成功！

（1）很多人一开始为了梦想而忙，后来忙得忘了梦想。
【译】Many people start a career with a dream, then get busy forgetting it.
【析】Start ...with...：以...开始。如：Let's start with the more easily addressable issues.（我们先从较容易处理的问题着手。）

（2）如果你没有梦想，那么你只能为别人的梦想打工。
【译】If you don't build your dream, someone will hire you to build theirs.
【析】build a dream：塑造梦想。如：Build a dream and the dream builds you.（塑造梦想 , 那梦想便会塑造你。）

（3）梦想和现实之间的那段距离，叫做行动。
【译】The distance between your dreams and reality is called action.
【析】reality：现实。如：She refuses to face reality .（她不肯面对现实。）

（4）我们的所有梦想都能实现，只要我们有勇气去追求。
【译】All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.
【析】pursue vt. 继续； 追求； 进行； 追捕。如：He began to pursue an easy and comfortable life.（他开始追求安逸舒适的生活。）

（5）不管心有多痛，若坚信不移，梦想总会成真。
【译】No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish will come true.
【析】come true 实现，成真。如：Her wish to be a doctor has come true out of hand.（她想做一个医生的愿望终于实现了。）

（6）一旦你有梦想就要去争取，永远都不要轻易放弃，你的梦想可能不会在一两天实现，但某一天一定会。坚持到最后的就是真正的赢家。
【译】Once you have a dream, just go for it, never give it up easily; your dream might not come true in one day or two, but it will someday.
【析】go for it：放手向前，努力争取。如：Never mind. Please don't go for it. I shan't want it.（没关系。请不要去拿了，我用不着。）
