7C原则的具体内容：

1.Clarity 清晰原则

注意要点：

1）make sure that your letter is so clear that it cannot be misunderstood. If it is ambiguous， further exchange of letters for explanation will become inevitable， thus it wastes both time and money.

注释：make sure： 确定 misunderstand： 误解，误会 ambiguous：意思含糊的，模棱两可的，不明确的 further： 更多的，更进一步的 exchange of letter： 书信往来 explanation： 解释，说明 inevitable： 不可避免的，必然的

中文意思：确保信函所表达的意思清晰而不被误解。如果信函表达的意思模棱两可，那么必然就会有更多的信函来往用于解释这些不清楚的地方，这样即浪费时间又浪费金钱。

2）when you are sure about what you want to say， say it in plain， simple words.

注释：plain： 浅显的，坦率的

中文意思：当你确定你想表达什么的时候，尽量用浅显，简单的话语表述。

2.Conciseness 简洁原则

注意要点：

英文原文：A good rule to remember when composing business letters is to keep the language simples， clear and easy to read. Concise writing， however， avoids using overlong， flowery， or old-fashioned words， saving the reader’s time and attracting their attention.

注释：remember： 牢记，记住 compose： 写作，创作 language： 语言 avoid： 避免 overlong： 太长的 flowery： 花哨的，词藻华丽的 old-fashioned： 老式的， 过时的， attract： 引起（兴趣、注意等）attention： 注意，注意力

中文意思：当你写作商业书信时要牢记一个原则就是要保持语言简单，清晰并且易读。避免使用太长的，花哨的或者老套的词句，简洁的文字可以节省阅读者的时间并且更能吸引他们的注意力。
