  A great candidate believes that they are a brand. You should know what makes you unique and why you are the best candidate for the job. Having a strong personal brand means that you are clear on the value that you add to a company and portray your unique selling proposition (USP) in every way.

  一个优秀的求职者相信自己有一定的优势。你应该弄清你的独特之处,以及为何你是最适合这份工作的原因。有个人优势就意味着你很清楚你能给公司带来的效益,尽可能的用特别的方式推销自己。

  2. They research the company.

  他们研究了公司

  Research is key when it comes to doing well in an interview. Be sure to know enough about the company you are interviewing for, so that you can both answer and ask specific questions. You should know the company's CEO, competitors, and any current newsworthy topics.

  研究公司是关键。一定要足够了解你应聘的公司,这样你才能提出、回答出一些具体的问题。你应该了解公司总裁,竞争公司以及当前的新闻话题。

  3. They exude confidence.

  There's nothing like showing up to an interview with confidence. In addition to looking at your skills, an interviewer is also checking to see if your personality would be a good fit for the role. If you're not comfortable talking about yourself, how will you be confident trying to relay information to others? When you are confident, you also let the interviewer in on how you handle stressful situations, since interviewing for a job isn't easy.

  面试时,自信心是最重要的。如果你不能轻松自如的说说自己,那么你要如何试着代表他人呢?自信的时候,你会让面试官看到你是如何应对困难的,因为面试也不是个简单地差事。
