 西安语风汉教中心“三星中国传统文化课”纪实之三

快快乐乐绘脸谱，欢欢喜喜学汉语

 “Enjoy Peking Opera Face Painting” 

One of traditional Chinese culture classes in Samsung 

带着成功举办“中国结”活动的好心情，西安语风汉教中心一如既往地抱着专业负责的态度，认真策划“三星中国传统文化课——绘脸谱”。

为了能让三星学员们更好的接受教学内容，西安语风的老师们煞费苦心，设计教学PPT，明确教学重点，合理分工合作，提前制作样品，并将计划周五的课提前一天，错过学员的回国时间。我们希望通过“绘脸谱”活动，带领学员们进入奇妙的脸谱世界，学到更为实用的汉语词汇。

After the successful hosting of "Chinese knot" activity, Xi’an Mandarin Education School

 planned “Chinese traditional culture classes - Peking Opera face painting” with a

 professional and responsible attitude. As always, our teachers took 

great efforts to design the course and PPT. They also made a sample

 painted face in advance, so that the Samsung students could better

 understand the teaching content. We hoped that this activity would lead the students

 into the wonderful world of Peking Opera face painting and allow them to learn more

 practical Chinese vocabulary.

2014年9月25日下午，西安语风“三星中国传统文化课——绘脸谱”按计划举行，三星入门班、初级班、中级班的近20余名学员参加了本次活动。

In the afternoon of September 25, 2014, “Chinese traditional culture classes -- Peking Opera face painting” was held as scheduled. Nearly 20 Samsung students

 participated in the event, including beginners, elementary and intermediate

 students. 

活动开始后，西安语风汉教武老师以韩国人熟悉的三国人物为例，详细讲解了中国脸谱文化及制作工艺等基本知识，介绍了不同颜色代表的不同含义、不同性格的不同人物。随后，武老师教授了“脸谱”、“画”、“颜料”、“画笔”、“性格”等词汇，学习并实践了“你的性格怎么样”、“我的性格内向/外向”等句型。

At first, Teacher Wu detailed the basic knowledge of Peking Opera face painting and

 its production process, introduced the different meanings of painted facials masks

 in different colors. Later, she taught the students some Chinese words, such as

 “Peking Opera face painting ", "picture", "to paint", "brush", "personality", and so on. 

They also practiced some sentence patterns, for example, “What is your 

personality like ", "I’m introverted/extroverted" etc..

伴随着欢声笑语, 学员们纷纷拿起手中的画笔认真绘制起来。可以看出，学员们对中国脸谱很感兴趣，不一会儿，惟妙惟肖的各式脸谱便悄然成形，线条流畅，上色均匀，颇具个性。

更让我们意外的是，学员们充分发挥想象，根据自己的爱好，描绘出自己感兴趣的脸谱，如钢铁侠等。

每位学员都尽情感受着脸谱艺术的魅力，他们对这种直观的艺术表现形式非常好奇，乐在其中。作品完成，学员们兴致勃勃的与语风汉教的老师们合影留念。

Along with cheers and laughter, the students started to color their masks with great interest.

 After a short while, a variety of lifelike facial masks came out, which were made 

with smooth lines and bright colors. To our surprise, some students gave full play to

 their imagination, colored some new characters, such as iron man. They were very 

curious about this kind of visual art form and enjoyed it. After completing the 

works, students and teachers took a group photo to mark the occasion.

通过西安语风汉教中心的“三星中国传统文化课”，学员们的中文口语在不知不觉中突飞猛进。

今后，我们仍将继续做好课程研究工作，并以创新的精神，严谨的教学态度，将教学运用于实践，以最大的努力和信心，让中国文化生机勃勃，生生不息，迈向全世界。

After our Chinese traditional culture classes, Samsung students’ spoken Chinese advanced rapidly. In the future, we will continue to do a good job in curriculum research and apply teaching into practice with creativity and rigorous teaching attitude. We are confident that Chinese culture will be better understood across the word if we gave our best efforts.
