解雅思阅读是非无判断题技巧

在是非无判断题的考试中，考生要对试卷上所列出的一系列命题（即陈述句）进行判断。如果这些陈述句是反映观点或者态度的，那么考生的任务就是判断这些句子是否和作者的观点一致。在这种情况下，答案的选择是“Yes”、“No”或者是“Not Given”。如果这些陈述句表述的内容是有关事实信息，那么考生就要判断这些句子是否和文中的信息一致。在这种情况下，答案的选择是“True”、“False”或者是“Not Given”。这里要特别说明的是在考试中“Yes”、“No”、“Not Given”和“True”、“False”、“Not Given”只是考试形式的区别，在判断方式上并没有本质区别。

学生通常发现这种题型很难。其中的原因之一是这些学生习惯于做True和False题目，其中的False涵盖了False和Not Given两种情况。所以当学生在做True、False和Not Given的题目时他们无法区分矛盾对立状况和“Not Given”的区别。朗阁海外考试研究中心的专家经过研究发现：

一、 TRUE的情况主要是题干与原文替换

1、 单词的替换：

例如：剑五TEST4当中的第5题

题干：Deserts, mountains and Arctic regions are examples of environments that are both ecologically and culturally fragile.

原文：As the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development recognized, these regions are fragile (i.e. highly vulnerable to abnormal pressures) not just in terms of their ecology, but also in terms of the culture of their inhabitants.

“fragile not just in terms of their ecology, but also in terms of the culture”在题目当中被转化为简单的“both ecologically and culturally fragile”。

仅仅是词性的转化，相对来讲比较容易识别，考生不易犯错。当然，词性转换这种层面上的同义转换在雅思考试当中出现的频率并不高，绝大多数的雅思考试中是非无判断题中的同义转换是同义词组的转换，或者短语和从句之间的转换。

2、 短语的替换：

如：剑五TEST4当中的第7题

原文：Kant and Freud felt that joke-telling relies on building up a psychic tension which is safely punctured by the ludicrousness of the punchline.

此题虽然是同义转换，但是原文内容相对比较复杂难懂。题目当中的controlled release相当于原文当中的safely punctured，而nervous energy则对应原文当中的psychic tension。这种情况下，考生只要对于原文或者题目有任何一方的不理解，则很难找出相应的同义转换，造成失分。在此提醒考生需要注意的还有一点，雅思“是非无”中TRUE的判断标准是题目与原文是否表达一致的内容，并不是指一模一样的内容。所以这就给了TRUE除了同义替换之外的另一种可能，即对原文意思的概括归纳。

3、 句意的替换：

例如：剑四Test1中的第7题

题干：The study reported here follows on from a series of studies that have looked at children’s understanding of rainforests.

解析：这道题主要考查对study和studies的理解，study是指整个这篇文章关于孩子对热带雨林观点与理解的研究，而studies则是指之前对相关话题的研究，所以文中并没有对此题目的明确表述，但是归纳文章主旨，讲述的就是孩子对热带雨林的理解。

二、 FASLE主要有以下这几种情况

1. 题干与原文对立：

题目：Hurricanes are winds with the speed of up to 74 miles per hour.

原文：Hurricanes have winds of at least 74 miles per hour.

分析：由于原文中的核心内容是“at least 74 miles per hour”，而题目中是“up to 74 miles per hour”。因此，本题判断为False，因为命题与原文内容对立（相反）。

2. 概念性错误：

比如always变为sometimes/often，all变为many，usually变为sometimes，unlikely变为impossibly。

题干：Frogs and toads are usually poisonous

原文：It is becoming less and less easy to find those slimy hopping and sometimes poisonous member.

分析：原文说有时有毒，题干说通常有毒。

3. 题目过于绝对：

题干：All the lectures find their jobs very rewarding.

原文：Many lectures find their jobs very rewarding.

题干是说所有的讲师发现他们的工作有回报，而原文说很多讲师发现他们的工作有回报。

三、 NOT GIVEN主要有以下这几种情况

1. 题干有比较，原文无比较，则答案判断为Not Given：

题干：There is now a greater variety of restaurants to choose from in Sydney

原文：In Sydney a vast array of ethnic and local restaurants can be found to suit all palates and pockets.

题干当中有比较级，说现在有越来越多的餐厅可供选择在悉尼。原文说有大量的餐厅来选择。原文有比较信息，题干无比较信息。这种题目是NOT GIVEN

2. 题目和原文都有比较，但是比较对象不同，则答案判断为Not Given：

题目：Snorted substances reach the brain faster than injected substances.

原文：Scientists have found that a smoked substance reaches the brain more quickly than one swallowed, snorted (such as cocaine powder) or even injected.

题目和原文都有比较，比较的关键词是reach the brain faster than，原文中有一个同义词转换结构reaches the brain more quickly than。其中faster和more quickly构成了同义词转换的用法。题目中比较的两方面是snorted substances和injected substances。而原文的比较内容是a smoked substance和swallowed、snorted (such as cocaine powder) or even injected。题目中的比较对象在原文中是并列关系，因此无法进行比较，所以答案判断为Not Given。

3. 题目在原文中根本没有提及：

题干：To be a genius is worth the high personal cost.

原文：but we should also recognize the price they may have paid in terms of perseverance, singe-mindedness, … and how often they had to display great courage to preserve their integrity or to make their way to the top. 

原文根本没有提到personal cost，所以答案为Not Given。

总的来说，考生们想要取得理想的阅读考试成绩必须要有扎实的基本功，以上所讲的各种解题方法更多的是起着引导的作用，平时一定要多加练习，反复思考，这样就能对这种题型得心应手，游刃有余。
