“法定节假日”的英文表达是official holidays。这几天，2013年节假日安排引起人们的持续热议。其中部分放假调休安排导致劳动者连续7、8天上班，被认为和劳动法等法律、法规冲突，和人们已经形成的工作、生活习惯不太协调。

Lawyer Han Fuzheng has asked China's cabinet to adjust official holidays in 2013.The State Council last week announced there would be 29 days of official holidays next year.

But the lawyer said this means employers will be forced to break the labor laws, as workers will have to work for eight successive days from January 4 to 11 after the three-day New Year holidays beginning on January 1. Han said:"According to the labor laws, no employers can force their employees to work for more than a week without at least a day off."

律师韩甫政已经上书国务院，要求调整2013年的法定节假日。就在上周，国务院宣布，明年的法定节假日将为29天。

但这位律师表示，由于员工在元旦的三天假期后必须连续工作八天，企业将“被迫”违反劳动法。韩甫政还表示：“根据劳动法，员工在一个星期必须得到一天以上的休息日。”
