*商界风云榜:李彦宏登榜首

 

百度创始人、首席执行长李彦宏一直在极力淡化百度牢牢把控中国搜索市场的地位所受到的挑战。这一挑战来自互联网新秀奇虎360。但作为中国吵吵闹闹的互联网企业家俱乐部中最有斗志的成员之一，很难不让自己的名字出现在新闻头条之中。

Baidu BIDU -0.77% sued Qihoo in October, saying the antivirus company had made illicit use of Baidu content in the new search engine it launched in August. Qihoo founder Zhou Hongyi shot back, accusing Baidu of purposefully pushing negative articles about his company to the top of Baidu searches. The fight led to the two companies signing a fair-play code of conduct following intervention from a government-backed industry group ─ and helped propelling the reserved Mr. Li to the top of the China Power List, a ranking of top corporate newsmakers in the world's second-largest economy compiled using data from Dow Jones Insight.

百度今年10月起诉奇虎，说这家杀毒软件公司在其8月发布的新搜索引擎中恶意使用百度的内容。奇虎创始人周鸿祎发起反击，指责百度蓄意将有关奇虎的负面文章推到百度搜索结果的顶端。经过一个有背景的行业组织的调解后，这场争斗导致两家公司签定了一份公平竞争的自律公约，同时也将低调的李彦宏推上了中国商界风云榜的榜首位置。中国商界风云榜是对中国这个世界第二大经济体的顶级商界新闻人物的排名，根据Dow Jones Insight的数据编制。

Rounding out the top three this month were Power List regulars Jack Ma of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. and Pony Ma of Tencent Holdings Ltd. 0700.HK -1.81%, who finished second and third, respectively. Also notable is Liang Wengen, chairman of Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., who returned to the list at No. 7 after months of failing to make the top 10. Mr. Liang can thank Barack Obama for his most recent boost after the U.S. president issued an executive order in September blocking an affiliate of Sany from owning part of a wind farm located near military airspace in Oregon.

本月风云榜前三名的另外两位是经常榜上有名的阿里巴巴集团(Alibaba Group)的马云和腾讯控股(Tencent Holdings Ltd.)的马化腾，两人分列二、三名。同样值得注意的还有三一重工股份有限公司(Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.)董事长梁稳根，他重新回到了榜单上，处在第七名的位置，而他此前几个月一直未能进入。梁稳根此次上榜要感谢奥巴马(Barack Obama)，这位美国总统9月签署行政命令，阻止三一重工的一个子公司拥有俄勒冈州一家风电场的部分股权，该风电场位于军事空域附近。
