女孩效应:找准自己的职业优势

上海女性在服务行业中比男性拥有更多的就业机会，因为她们在人际沟通和关注细节方面更具优势，上海妇女联合会今天在妇女发展国际论坛上说。

The forum, themed "the Role of She in Transformation and Development," gathered about 300 Chinese and foreign scholars and experts to discuss women's leadership and change of role in economic, cultural and environmental fronts.

本次论坛的主题为“女性在转型发展中的作用”，聚集了约300名中外学者、专家共同探讨女性的领导力以及她们在经济、文化和环境方面的角色转变。

Statistic show the employment of women in the city's service industry was a 6.3 percentage higher than that of men. Education, health, banking and creative industries have opened up field for women's career development, said Zhang Lili, president of the federation.

数据显示，在全市服务行业女性就业率比男性高6.3个百分点。联合会主席张丽丽说：“教育、卫生、银行和创意产业为女性的职业发展开辟了领域。”

Zhang said women can play a key role in those industries, especially when Shanghai is shifting from an economy-oriented society to a service-oriented society.

张说，女性在这些行业中发挥了关键作用，尤其是上海正从经济建设型社会向服务型社会转变。

"The transformation will bring women more opportunities and challenges as well. It is time for woman to change their role and contribute more to the society," Zhang said.

“这个转变也将会带给女性带来更多的机会和挑战，这是女性改变自身角色以及为社会多作贡献的时候，”张说。
