1.相关人士（People Involved）

    租房的时候，难免涉及些牵线人，如：“house agency房产代理公司，house agent 房产代理人”；这些牵线人必然要联系“landlord 房东（landlady 女房东）”；最后跟我们这些“tenant=lodger=renter=roomer（美式）房客”谈论细节。

2. 租房类型（Type of Accommodation）
